Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including Assistant Managers, Crew Chiefs, and hourly employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with IHOP
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
