Overview

We are seeking a diverse Sales Leadership Development Intern to join our Washington, DC team. This 10-week internship will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business-critical projects, data analysis, and strategy development.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, field marketing, finance, and more to drive business growth.
  • Lead the creation and execution of business analysis and sales strategy-related projects.
  • Work closely with commercial sales leadership and team to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an HBCU or PBI, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Possess natural curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the capability to engage and influence a diverse set of colleagues and customers.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
  • Interested in pursuing a career path in Sales Leadership or Field Marketing.
  • Must be 21 years of age at time of internship.
  • Must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
