In collaboration with our strategic partner, Brown-Forman, we are excited to offer full-time diverse Sales Leadership Development Internships. This immersive internship experience is designed for students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) to explore the Beverage Alcohol Industry, particularly focusing on the Distribution segment.

Internship Experience:

During this comprehensive internship, participants will enhance their leadership capabilities, confront real-world challenges, and work alongside industry leaders. Interns will have the chance to network with executives, engage in experiential learning, and participate in social events with fellow interns and leadership development professionals.

We are in search of the next generation of diverse innovators ready to drive transformation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain practical experience through involvement in critical business projects, data analysis, and strategic development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, finance, and more.
  • Lead the formulation and implementation of business analysis and sales strategy initiatives aimed at fostering business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial sales leadership to ensure effective communication and timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Engage in additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an HBCU or PBI, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of colleagues and clients to achieve positive business results.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interested in a career trajectory in Sales Leadership or Field Marketing.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the internship.
  • Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
