In collaboration with our strategic partner, we are excited to offer a full-time internship opportunity aimed at diverse candidates for our Sales Leadership Development Internship. This program is designed to provide valuable insights into the Beverage Alcohol Industry, particularly focusing on the Distribution aspect of the business.

Internship Experience:

During this immersive internship, participants will enhance their leadership capabilities, engage with real-world challenges, and work alongside industry leaders. Interns will have the chance to network with executives, partake in experiential learning, and enjoy social events with fellow interns and leadership professionals.

We seek the next generation of innovative problem solvers ready to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain practical experience through involvement in critical business projects, data analysis, and strategic development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, finance, and more.
  • Lead the design and implementation of business analysis and sales strategy initiatives aimed at driving growth.
  • Work closely with commercial sales leadership to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other partners to identify and leverage business opportunities.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an HBCU or PBI, with an anticipated graduation date within the next year.
  • Ideal candidates will exhibit a natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to engage a diverse range of colleagues and clients to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in a career trajectory within Sales Leadership or Field Marketing.
  • Must be of legal age at the time of the internship.
  • Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to analyze complex issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
