About the Role

Audacy, a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company, is seeking an experienced and high-achieving Director of Sales to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales objectives.
  • Lead and train a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Own and manage financial metrics, including revenue, pacing, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the media industry.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite tools and Salesforce.
