Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join Allure Marble. This role involves performing clerical and administrative tasks to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales appointments, estimates, installs, and templates to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their selections and taking notes on visits.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, setting up and taking down samples and displays as required.
  • Perform various office tasks to support the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work for any US employer.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to be part of a high-performing team.
  • Able to learn new skills and information quickly, including product knowledge and computer systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
