We are hiring an experienced Law Firm Administrative Coordinator to join our team in downtown Sarasota.
Key Responsibilities:This role involves providing general administrative support, including answering phones, managing schedules, and greeting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide General Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and greeting clients.
- Manage Documents: Help organize and maintain physical and electronic files for efficient access.
- Support Communication: Support attorneys and staff with timely follow-ups on claims and other inquiries.
- Perform Additional Tasks: Assist with other administrative duties and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the firm's success.
Benefits:
- Starting salary of $16.00 per hour, with potential for up to a $1.00 per hour raise based on performance after 90 days.
