Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Comfort Insurance Corp. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and supporting the CEO in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage the reception area, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support to the CEO: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare documents and reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress, and proficiency in technology usage.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
