Job Overview

Doeren Mayhew CPAs and Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Financial Institutions Group in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Shareholders, Managers, and Auditors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify information from credit unions to perform member confirmations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and IDEA software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for auditors and clients
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience with IDEA and PFX software a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
