Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Clerical Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong personal and customer service skills, with the ability to handle telephone calls and provide exceptional support to our clients.

This is a full-time in-person position, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan after a probationary period.

At Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, P.A., we pride ourselves on our extensive experience in handling property insurance claims, with over 85 years of expertise in the Gulf Coast states.

Our team works closely with policyholders, loss consultants, public adjusters, and contractors to ensure that our clients receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to under their insurance policy.

We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Handling telephone calls and responding to inquiries
