Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Strategic Accounts Specialist to join our Commercial division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth through new account acquisition, major and global accounts, and long-term engagement with our Mohawk Flooring North America brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Pursue major account prospects by collaborating with all Strategic Account Managers to map and pursue account opportunities regionally, nationally, and globally.
  • Develop strategic account plans with RVPs and Account Executives, relying on Directors for their expertise by segment.
  • Support Account Executives in becoming stronger strategic business planners and executors.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 5 years of progressively responsible job-specific work experience in an environment of comparable size and diversity. Key skills include being organized and structured, prioritizing and managing multiple issues/projects effectively, and possessing IT literacy regarding social networking, web research, and CRM software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience is also essential.

Salary:$90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
