Brenntag, a leading chemical distribution company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Waynesboro, USA. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall sales efforts in your assigned territory to maximize sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Management and Product Management, to drive business growth
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales reports
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical distribution industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
