Responsibilities

The Financial Systems Analyst collaborates closely with Finance Directors and their stakeholders to evaluate work process design and workflow, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize the benefits of technological solutions. This role ensures compliance with project timelines, maintains a systems-oriented approach, and effectively collaborates with colleagues to align with technology priorities. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Lawson's Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) and Asset Management (EAM) Modules, serving as the IT liaison for the designated functional area. Responsibilities include supporting subject matter experts in ensuring data accuracy, conducting system change testing, report generation, and analyzing data flows to identify opportunities for process enhancements. The Financial Systems Analyst will also assist with Lawson upgrades, patches, testing, and other assigned projects.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Lawson EFM or equivalent ERP system implementation in a healthcare context is essential.
  • Proven expertise in Lawson/Infor financial modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, GL Cost Allocation, Project Activity and Accounting, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Invoice Matching, Report Writing (GL Report Writer), Asset Management, and Cash Management.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and framework), and Lawson Add-ins is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of full life cycle implementation experience with Lawson financial systems is necessary.
  • Ability to define process flows for Infor Process Automation is required.
  • Capability to establish Lawson security roles for the finance module and collaborate with security administration for implementation.
  • Experience integrating Lawson Finance modules with other Lawson modules such as SCM and HCM is required.
  • Familiarity with integrating Lawson finance modules with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems billing modules is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with integration into On-Base Document Management System is necessary.
  • Proficient in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in providing end-user support and troubleshooting for Lawson EFM modules is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Six (6) or more years of hands-on IT systems/technology experience.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which encompasses estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $90,126.40 and $168,708.80 annually. The specific starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skillset, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
