Role Summary:

Ismile Technologies is seeking a proficient BSA Consultant to enhance our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in manufacturing operations and engineering disciplines. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and implementing strategies to optimize our manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collect and document business requirements across Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and EHS sectors.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with business leaders to extract detailed requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Process Evaluation: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
  • Implementation of Solutions: Design and execute solutions aimed at improving manufacturing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Project Communication: Maintain clear communication among teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • User Acceptance Testing Coordination: Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing phases.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Training and Assistance: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Process Improvement, or a related discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, engineering principles, quality assurance, and EHS regulations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software solutions.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects effectively and adhere to deadlines.
