Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement for commercial real estate properties.
  • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and patterns.
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators for commercial real estate investments.
  • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to the CFO.
  • Have a working knowledge of new 'deal' analysis and commercial property transactions.
  • Experience with tenants, property managers, and commercial brokers.
  • Ability to aid in the packaging of deals for lender review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
