Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our IT service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring timely incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional, timely, and polite support to all end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of computer and network-related problems
• Stay current with system information, changes, and IT updates
• Collaborate with coworkers and team leads to ensure speedy resolution
• Complete quality assurance calls to end users following closure of tickets

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Familiarity with SCCM and ServiceNow
• IT industry certifications are preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
• CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Professional, and Cisco Associate certifications
