About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their car buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements
  • Provide personalized support and guidance throughout the car buying process, from online sales to in-store purchasing
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor and support colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering an iconic customer experience
Requirements
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year, according to business needs
  • Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements
  • Candidates must live within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
