Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the car buying process, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Use your knowledge of our inventory to recommend vehicles that meet customer needs
- Guide customers through the sales process, from online sales to in-store purchasing
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
- Mentor and support colleagues to achieve sales targets
- Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states
Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new technologies
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year
- Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week
- Must meet minimum technology requirements
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
