Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at NSFit, Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to all members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk activities, including checking-in members, processing payments, and handling cash transactions.
- Ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, enforcing our rules and regulations to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission of making our communities healthier one member at a time.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn our systems and processes.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a passion for health and fitness.
