We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by handling front desk activities, facilitating updates to member accounts, and responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
