Store Operations Manager

Dunkin' Donuts is actively seeking exceptional Leaders to join our team as Store Operations Managers. In this pivotal role, you will take proactive steps every day to create a positive impact and motivate others to do the same. We are looking for multiple candidates to fill this important position.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Minimum of 50 to 60 hours per week
Schedule: Flexibility required

As a Store Operations Manager, you will set the standard by leading through example and collaborating effectively with your team. Your role is crucial in upholding brand standards by managing an efficient store and ensuring our guests are eager to return. If you are organized and enjoy interacting with customers daily—helping them choose from our delicious array of drinks, sandwiches, and donuts—this position is tailored for you. Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins offer delightful products, and as America Runs On Dunkin', we must ensure our guests receive exactly what they desire every time.
Key Responsibilities and Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Recruiting and training staff to provide excellent service
- Assisting during peak hours to prepare food
- Operating the POS system efficiently
- Ensuring timely service for drive-thru customers
- Maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, scheduling shifts, and handling cash
- Managing inventory, profit and loss, and food costs, as well as addressing guest complaints and other issues
- Driving sales and profitability through effective implementation of the Company's business strategy
- Creating a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication, and relationship building
- Conducting oneself professionally when interacting with customers, Team Members, and corporate management
- Serving as a role model for Team Members by adhering to all labor and health regulations and upholding the policies and standards set by the Company and the Dunkin' brand
- Exhibiting integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations
- This position requires the ability to stand, bend, stoop, or reach. Candidates may need to stand or walk for extended periods without rest and may be required to lift or carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Exposure to cold environments such as coolers or freezers for extended periods may also be necessary.

- 2 or more years of experience in Restaurant Management, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) - Familiarity with the retail environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- College degree preferred
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to read and write clearly
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
