Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at Sheraton Grand Seattle. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and achieving operating budget goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Front Desk team, utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
  • Assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities, including handling employee questions and concerns.
  • Support daily Front Desk shift operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of our customers on a daily basis.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work, while striving to improve service performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest problems and complaints, and seeking assistance from supervisors as necessary.
  • Support the implementation of customer recognition/service programs, communicating and ensuring the process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $27.40 to $34.62, as well as an annual bonus.
