Front Desk Hybrid Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Develop a deep understanding of our hospitality principles and processes to deliver a world-class client experience.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and staff, maintaining a positive and cooperative working environment.
  • Communication: Provide timely and efficient communication with supervisors and peers, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere by assisting with studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep as needed.
  • Fuel Bar Operations: Deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar, handling pre-orders and orders with ease.
  • Facility Maintenance: Prepare studio spaces for classes, conduct deep cleaning and organization, and perform small repairs as needed.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service skills, responding to client requests with a can-do attitude.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a cooperative manner and optimistic attitude, working as a cohesive team with all Barry's staff members.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, maintaining a professional appearance and behavior.
  • Age: Be at least 18 years old to apply.
