Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring that guests have a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and address complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
