Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Palihotel Seattle. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Lead a team of front desk agents, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Assist with training and development of front desk agents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
