Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Front Desk team and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Desk team and ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage Front Desk operations and maximize room revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a robust upsell program to maximize revenue
- Manage Accor loyalty membership program and maximize enrollments
- Manage Front Office departmental forecast and productivity
- Balance operational, administrative, and leadership needs
- Ensure a strong departmental training program is maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Manager is an asset
- University degree or College diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a high-performing team
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and results-oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in Rooms, including a solid working knowledge of Front Office operating systems
