Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via remote methods, including email and phone.
- Address and respond to customer inquiries on current and future company technology, such as InfoLink, Auto Positioning System (APS) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) products and services.
- Document client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Possess a basic understanding of the organization's products and services but escalate more complex inquiries to a Tier 3 support group.
- Assist the delivery of on-going training for end users and the Company's Dealer/Branch support network.
- Provide afterhours support for national accounts as required, as well as on-call weekend support when assigned.
- Less than 2 years related experience.
- Associate Degree (Business, Communication, IT, Technical, Engineering).
- Occasional travel (0-05%) and occasional overnight stays (0-05%).
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
