Job Summary:

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. We are seeking a highly skilled InfoLink User Support Specialist to drive end-user adoption of our products and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for Crown InfoLink products.

• Plan, train, and manage support service processes to ensure a successful implementation.

• Develop and support the retail network to provide web-user and operator trainer training.

• Analyze Crown InfoLink data and make recommendations on action steps to improve customer experience.

• Participate in sales calls and demos to provide after-sale support and quote, sell, and provide Crown InfoLink support services.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of related experience in the lift truck industry or a related field.

• Valid driving privileges and extensive travel and overnight stays (over 20%).

• Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Advanced computer skills, interpersonal skills, and customer support field experience are desired.

Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
Crown offers an excellent wage and benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans, flexible spending, and 401(k). The anticipated wage range for this position starts at $64,000 annually, depending on skills and related experience.
