Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The RMR Group. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for supporting the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.
  • Conduct property tours, showcase community amenities, and highlight the benefits of our properties to potential residents.
  • Process leasing applications, lease renewals, and resident requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the property management team to achieve leasing and retention goals, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to ensure our properties remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the community team to plan and execute resident events, activities, and initiatives that foster a sense of community and resident engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous leasing and/or property management experience, with a proven track record of success in achieving leasing and retention goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
