Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for transport, ensuring their safety and preventing damage.
- Carefully pack and unpack items as necessary.
- Load and unload items from moving vehicles.
- Follow instructions from the on-site team or clients regarding item placement.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Document any issues with items and report them accordingly.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are passionate about supporting older adults and individuals undergoing transitions. The role of Transport Specialist involves a variety of tasks, often involving moving items to local communities, family residences, and charitable organizations.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, flexible, and efficient. Given the nature of the work, it is essential to be receptive to client feedback while maintaining a focus on completing tasks effectively.
Successful candidates will possess a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. Additional Qualifications:
- Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 75 pounds) regularly.
- Experience in loading and unloading moving vehicles is preferred.
- Must have a smartphone and be proficient with relevant applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to operate a moving truck.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- A genuine desire to assist others.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
