About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Hotel Administrator to support the hotel's operations team. As an Assistant Hotel Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the hotel manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, budgeting, and revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operation of all hotel functions.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service throughout the hotel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supporting role within the hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
