Job Title: Devoucoux Business Manager

At Lim Group, we are dedicated to fostering a strong partnership between horse and rider. Our company has been at the forefront of promoting this relationship since 1985. Our saddles and accessories require the expertise of six different trades, which are central to our workshops in the Basque region. Our unique approach combines cutting-edge technology with traditional craftsmanship, resulting in a harmonious balance of elegance, expertise, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Represent the company at major horse shows to engage with potential customers.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare comprehensive performance reviews.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensure their growth and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate operational marketing activities to enhance network development and increase brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Travel Requirements:
  • Approximately 70% travel within the West Coast and Mid-West regions, including 10 Saturdays per year.
Compensation Package:
  • Base salary: $100K in the first year, with opportunities for increase.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 Weeks plus Christmas Week.
  • 100% health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Company Car: Lexus NX.

  • Strong organizational skills and a mature, independent, and dynamic personality.
  • Passionate about riding and understanding equine health care and sport expectations.
