Senior Dev Support Specialist

Telnet Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dev Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on identifying, evaluating, implementing, and managing support requests and/or project tasks across the State of Colorado in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and test computer software in a .NET framework.
- Perform application development for software debugging, scripting, source control, and change requests.
- Utilize SQL server on a VB.NET platform.
- Support and maintain configurations to in-house applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, to include Computer Sciences, Computer Information Systems, or other related technical degrees.
- Three years of professional experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position, to include Deskside Services support and Systems Administration in an Enterprise Environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Public Safety Applications, including Law Enforcement and Records.
- Experience administering/supporting Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Active Directory.
- Experience working with and managing multiple priorities and tasks with follow-through.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- May require travel to locations throughout the Denver metro.
