Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support essential applications for a state department. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and supporting various technical projects and requests, ensuring seamless integration into the enterprise application environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate applications within the CDPS Enterprise Application environment.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide estimates.
  • Maintain documentation related to system changes and updates.
  • Adhere to Change Management protocols while resolving incidents and requests.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in .NET languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with HTML and web architecture.
  • Background in desktop support and systems administration.
  • Knowledge of ticket-based incident support systems.
