About the PositionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and expand our customer database
- Capture accurate and complete information in our customer relationship management system
- Quote and handle order execution from acceptance to completion
- Closing sales and meeting revenue targets
- Making outbound sales calls and building relationships with new and existing customers
- Communicating with the Quality/Operations group to address customer suggestions or complaints
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in Inside Sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient level of computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Competitive salary based on experience ($42K-$45K) plus commissions
