We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant at Sage Ventures LLC. As a key player in our mission to provide outstanding service, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional living experiences to our residents.

Estimated Salary Range:$45,600 - $53,100 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming 52 weeks of employment per year, with potential bonuses and benefits included.
Job Responsibilities:- Greet prospective residents and provide personalized tours of available units, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each property.
- Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including completing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and leasing policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, such as marketing campaigns and resident referral programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
