Medical Sales and Membership Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales and Membership Manager to join our team at the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and retention efforts, while also contributing to the development of our Accredited in Medical Sales (AMS) Program.
Responsibilities
Member Recruitment
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to engage prospective members and drive recruitment efforts.
- Manage and expand the recruitment pipeline by identifying and researching qualified companies.
Member Retention
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new members derive maximum value from their membership.
- Lead quarterly orientation calls to enhance engagement and retention.
AMS Program
- Drive sales of AMS Sales Training licenses, meeting or exceeding established sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase program adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Membership Sales and Retention, Strategic Accounts, or Corporate Relations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the medical products, markets, and/or related distribution industry.
- A history of successful member development sales or sales of other intangible products and services.
