As a Business Development Manager at Pursuit, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Our client is a leading industry player in Test Automation & Engineering Consulting, with a strong presence in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and more.

With a focus on nationwide coverage and multiple verticals, you will have the opportunity to prospect and handle large-scale deals, working closely with R&D and Test Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What You'll Get:

What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in engineering or consultative sales
  • Proven track record of selling directly to cost-setters in aerospace or non-automotive transportation companies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives
