We are a dynamic and innovative team at HealthRIGHT 360, seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our corporate and foundation grants program. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in helping us tell our story and secure funding to support our mission.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrant Development and Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive grants strategy to secure funding from corporate and foundation sources.
- Research and write high-quality grant proposals that meet the requirements of each funding opportunity.
- Coordinate with program management and fiscal teams to ensure proposals are viable, effective, and aligned with organizational plans.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple grant projects simultaneously, ensuring timely submission of proposals and reports.
- Develop and maintain systems for dissemination of information concerning proposal generation, funding opportunities, and grants-related information.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and current research, attending training workshops and conferences as needed.
Management and Administration:
- Provide grant activity reports to the Board of Directors, Foundation Board, and management.
- Coordinate with the Development Associate to maintain and update foundation and corporate records in Raiser's Edge.
- Work with the Finance department to gather information necessary to report to corporate/foundation funders on current grant programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, counseling, public health, English, journalism, humanities, or related field.
- At least three years of experience in grant writing, with a successful record of preparing large, complex grant proposals that resulted in awarded funds.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, and internet applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, criminal justice, public health, counseling, English, journalism, humanities, or related field.
- Knowledge of formal argument/rhetoric strategies.
- Ability to use Raiser's Edge.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000.
