We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Onsite Medicaid Screening Representative at Ohio Health Grant Medical Center Emergency Room.

As a Medicaid Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients navigate the Medicaid process and ensuring they receive the assistance they need. Your primary responsibility will be to screen and interview patients bedside to determine their eligibility for Medicaid and other assistance programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess basic computer skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. You must be able to multitask, type a minimum of 40 WPM, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Additional requirements include reliable transportation, good attendance, and dependability. Annual flu shots, TB testing, and COVID vaccine are also required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus of up to $300 after 90 days.
