About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sleep Disorders Specialist to join our team. As a Sleep Disorders Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This includes performing polysomnography, diagnostic or therapeutic services, patient care, and education meeting standards put forth by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and calibrate testing equipment
  • Prepare patients for testing
  • Establish and document baseline values
  • Follow polysomnographic testing procedures to ensure quality data acquisition
  • Document routine observations, including sleep stages, clinical events, changes in procedures, and other significant events
  • Implement interventions necessary to ensure patient safety
Requirements
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in polysomnography
  • Licensure/Certification: Certification as Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required
  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a full-service sleep center preferred
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
