Your Responsibilities- Ensure that all information regarding defects and customer feedback is communicated effectively to Drive Automotive, coordinating Clean Points with clients.
- Review internal quality issues and pass down relevant information from previous shifts.
- Participate in meetings to communicate and address ongoing issues.
- Investigate customer concerns to determine whether they are internal or related to Drive.
- Provide insights on potential issues at customer sites.
- Manage containment procedures for non-conforming products identified at customer locations.
- As the Quality Lead Resident Engineer, balance and meet the goals of Customers, Employees, and Investors.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5 years of relevant automotive experience with a solid understanding of Body in White (BIW) build fit and function.
- Knowledge in areas such as die processes, assembly tooling, welding and sealing applications, data processing and reporting, and metal finishing to customer specifications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
