Position Overview

The Press Operator (Level 1) plays a crucial role in supporting the Team Leader and Supervisor in the operation of the Press Line during their designated shift. This position is vital in ensuring that the objectives of our customers, employees, and investors are effectively balanced and achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Leader in all job aspects to maximize the efficiency of the Press Line.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times, confirming that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is utilized by all team members.
  • Assist in the training of new team members alongside the Team Leader.
  • Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions provided for the Press Line.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality standards by following all relevant B.O.S. and ISO procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader on daily SAP and inventory management tasks.
Candidate Profile

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with one to three months of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a press shop, with knowledge of Press Line operations.
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness.
