Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and manage the Maintenance Program for the designated area within the facility. This role encompasses troubleshooting, installation of new equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as the management of electronic components, robotics, and the mechanical/hydraulic upkeep of machinery.

The MAP Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing Maintenance team.
  • Ensure the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions at all times.
  • Participate in monthly safety training and ensure all team members are trained on relevant topics.
  • Conduct safety inspections, lead safety discussions, and engage in accident investigations. Address unsafe practices or conditions and evaluate health and safety performance.
  • Manage the assignment, collection, entry, and confirmation of Preventive Maintenance tasks in collaboration with the PM Planner.
Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical institution; or two to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or a Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
