Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership
- Recruit and Develop Talent
- Identify, schedule, and interview qualified teacher candidates to build a strong team.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to motivate and encourage learning.
- Team Management
- Ensure the TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
- Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop staff for future success.
- Manage employee concerns and develop recommended solutions.
- Operational Management
- Manage classroom ratios and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Oversee new hire paperwork and employee files to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
Customer Focus
- Family Engagement
- Lead tours with prospective families, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our curriculum and teaching staff.
- Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress and address any concerns.
- Center Operations
- Ensure the physical environment and health/safety standards meet local and state licensing regulations.
- Manage relationships with state licensors and conduct regular center evaluations.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred.
- Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children required.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
