Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Recruit and Develop Talent
    • Identify, schedule, and interview qualified teacher candidates to build a strong team.
    • Conduct regular classroom observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to motivate and encourage learning.
  • Team Management
    • Ensure the TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
    • Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop staff for future success.
    • Manage employee concerns and develop recommended solutions.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage classroom ratios and ensure adequate staffing levels.
    • Oversee new hire paperwork and employee files to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.

Customer Focus

  • Family Engagement
    • Lead tours with prospective families, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our curriculum and teaching staff.
    • Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress and address any concerns.
  • Center Operations
    • Ensure the physical environment and health/safety standards meet local and state licensing regulations.
    • Manage relationships with state licensors and conduct regular center evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred.
  • Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children required.
  • Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
