Key Responsibilities:

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

  • Identifies, schedules, and interviews potential teaching staff; cultivates networks for future talent acquisition.
  • Conducts classroom assessments, evaluations, and provides constructive feedback to inspire and enhance learning.
  • Oversees the implementation of the curriculum in accordance with brand standards.
  • Utilizes a growth-oriented approach to mentor, coach, and develop staff for future challenges.
  • Actively listens to team concerns and formulates actionable plans.
  • Creates and communicates weekly staffing schedules.
  • Manages classroom ratios on a daily basis.
  • Handles new hire documentation and maintains employee records in line with state regulations.
  • Develops and shares center schedules to ensure compliance with staffing ratios and budget management.

PATIENT AND FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

  • Conducts tours for prospective families, emphasizing unique aspects of our curriculum and the quality of our educators.
  • Maintains regular communication with families regarding their child's progress.
  • Implements initiatives that enhance parent satisfaction.
  • Oversees the execution of engaging activities.
  • Regularly reviews and maintains comprehensive records for students and staff.
  • Ensures that the physical environment meets health and safety standards as per local and state regulations.
  • Manages relationships with regulatory agencies and performs center evaluations.
  • Responsible for documenting any incidents or accidents.
  • Oversees medication management protocols.
  • Conducts monthly safety drills to ensure preparedness.
  • Administers new family documentation in compliance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in a center setting is preferred; at least one year is required.
  • Professional teaching experience with infants through preschool-aged children is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of state licensing regulations is crucial.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific requirements.
