About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Recruiting to lead our global recruitment process, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment for over 9,000 positions across more than 50 countries annually. As a key member of our People Organization, you'll spearhead the evolution of our recruitment process, leveraging cutting-edge technology and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You'll lead a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring the consistent delivery of top-quality, diverse talent across all regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of recruiters, developing and implementing scalable, technology-driven recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment solutions, utilizing data and best practices to optimize the end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and service level agreements to continuously improve recruitment processes and deliver on business outcomes.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition strategy aligns with HP's business goals and vision, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, People Partners, and hiring managers.
  • Drive and enhance HP's employer brand and value proposition, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in people leadership, preferably managing global teams.
  • Proven background in recruiting within global, highly matrixed environments, with experience across diverse geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and expand talent acquisition teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on achieving operational excellence, essential for managing complex budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams that collaborate and succeed together.
What We Offer

  • A competitive base pay range of $162,750 to $260,400 annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
