Job Title: Developmental Disabilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Disabilities Specialist to join our team at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

About the Job:

In this critical role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to develop and implement personalized service plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing individual needs and developing tailored service plans;
  • Collaborating with service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field;
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A commitment to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
