\Job Description:
\We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field\
- Valid Ohio Driver's License\
- Ability to travel to various parts of the county\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
- Knowledge of disability support services and community resources\
- Mandated reporter certification\
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\

About the Position:
\This position contributes to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS). As a Service Coordinator, you will be working closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and service providers to ensure that each individual receives the support and services they need to live a fulfilling life.
\You will spend approximately 60% of your time performing administrative tasks, such as writing service plans, assessments, and case notes. The remaining 40% of your time will be spent engaging in practical experience, including in-person meetings, home visits, and consultations with service providers.
