Recruiter - Financial Technology Expert

The OpportunityAs an early member of Column's Recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent that is critical to driving the company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to closing), with a particular focus on recruiting for Column's high-volume roles.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full lifecycle of sourcing and hiring for Column's high-volume roles
- Attract passive and active talent by creating excitement about Column and building meaningful relationships with prospective candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the needs of our business and discerningly identify a-players in the industry who meet those needs
- Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (may include recruiting coordination or sourcing experience)
- Expertise in working with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and cutting-edge recruiting tools
- Excitement to work at a startup and contribute to building and scaling a recruiting process
- Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for financial technology and banking; experience working in these industries is an added plus

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Column, and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skill sets, experience, licensure and certifications, location, and other business and organizational needs.
